Terms of Service – Dijital Pilot Upload Scheduler

These terms apply to Dijital Pilot Upload Scheduler, an internal tool of Dijital Pilot Rek. San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“Dijital Pilot”) that uses the YouTube API Services.

1. Scope. The tool is used only by Dijital Pilot staff to upload and schedule videos produced by Dijital Pilot on YouTube channels owned or managed by Dijital Pilot. It is not sold, licensed or made available to third parties.
2. YouTube terms. Use of YouTube features through the tool is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the YouTube API Services Developer Policies. Google’s data practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy.
3. Content. Only content that Dijital Pilot owns or has the rights to publish is uploaded. Every upload is created as private with a scheduled publish time and is checked after upload.
4. Data. Data handling is described in our YouTube API Services Privacy Notice.
5. Changes. Dijital Pilot may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page.
