Bu gizlilik politikası, Dijital Pilot Reklam Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Dijital Pilot”, “biz”) tarafından App Store’da yayınlanan mobil uygulamalar için geçerlidir. Bir uygulamanın kendi gizlilik politikası varsa o uygulama için kendi politikası geçerlidir.
1. Cihazınızda kalan veriler
Uygulamalarda oluşturduğunuz içerik (notlar, kayıtlar, sayaçlar, listeler, fotoğraflar ve benzerleri) yalnız cihazınızda saklanır. Bir uygulama iCloud yedekleme ya da eşitleme sunuyorsa bu veriler yalnız sizin kendi iCloud hesabınızda tutulur; biz bu verilere erişemeyiz. Hesap oluşturmanız gerekmez.
2. Satın almalar ve abonelikler
Ödemeler Apple tarafından işlenir. Kart veya ödeme bilgilerinizi görmeyiz.
Uygulamalarımız abonelik ve satın alma durumunu yönetmek ve ölçmek için RevenueCat hizmetini kullanır. RevenueCat’e şu bilgiler iletilir:
- Satın alma geçmişi: hangi ürünün, ne zaman, hangi fiyatla satın alındığı, deneme ve yenileme durumu.
- Uygulamanın oluşturduğu rastgele bir kullanıcı kimliği (adınız, e-postanız veya telefonunuz değildir).
- Cihaz ve uygulama bilgisi: uygulama sürümü, iOS sürümü, ülke ve dil.
- Uygulamayı Apple Search Ads reklamı üzerinden indirdiyseniz, Apple’ın verdiği reklam kaynağı bilgisi (hangi kampanyadan gelindiği). Bu bilgi sizi kişisel olarak tanımlamaz.
Bu bilgiler size bağlanmaz, reklam amaçlı izleme (tracking) için kullanılmaz ve satılmaz. RevenueCat’in gizlilik politikası: revenuecat.com/privacy.
3. Bildirimler
Bazı uygulamalar hatırlatma göndermek için yalnız cihaz içi bildirim kullanır. Bazı uygulamalar ise uzaktan bildirim için OneSignal hizmetini kullanır; bu durumda OneSignal’a bildirim için gereken cihaz jetonu ve uygulamayla etkileşim bilgisi iletilir. 4. İzinler
Bir uygulama kamera, mikrofon, fotoğraflar, konum veya takvime erişim isterse bu yalnız ilgili özelliği cihazınızda kullanmanız içindir. Bu veriler, ilgili özelliğin açıklamasında aksi belirtilmedikçe cihazınızdan çıkmaz.
5. Çocuklar
Çocuklara yönelik uygulamalarımızda üçüncü taraf analiz, reklam veya abonelik ölçüm hizmeti bulunmaz. Satın alma ve dış bağlantılar ebeveyn doğrulamasının arkasındadır.
6. Saklama ve silme
Cihazınızdaki verileri uygulamayı silerek kaldırabilirsiniz. RevenueCat ve OneSignal’daki anonim kayıtların silinmesini istiyorsanız aşağıdaki adrese yazın; talebinizi 30 gün içinde yerine getiririz.
Vera: isteğe bağlı hizmetler
Kişisel vizyon seslendirme (yalnız Premium, isteğe bağlı). Vera’da kişisel vizyon metni cihazınızda üretilir. Bu metni Vera’nın sesiyle dinlemeyi seçerseniz, o günün metni ve App Store’un imzaladığı satın alma kaydı, seslendirme için sunucumuz (Cloudflare) üzerinden ElevenLabs’e iletilir. Metin ve ses sunucumuzda saklanmaz; ses yalnız cihazınıza kaydedilir. Kötüye kullanımı önlemek için satın alma kimliğinin tek yönlü özeti en fazla 48 saat tutulur. ElevenLabs bu içeriği kendi gizlilik politikasına göre işler.
Arkadaşla ortak hedef. Ortak hedefler, yoklamalar ve gönderdiğiniz olumlamalar Apple CloudKit ile yalnız sizin ve davet ettiğiniz kişilerin iCloud hesaplarında tutulur; bu verilere biz erişemeyiz.

This privacy policy applies to the mobile apps published on the App Store by Dijital Pilot Reklam Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Dijital Pilot”, “we”). If an app has its own privacy policy, that policy applies to that app.
1. Data that stays on your device
The content you create in our apps (notes, records, counters, lists, photos and similar) is stored only on your device. If an app offers iCloud backup or sync, that data is kept only in your own iCloud account; we cannot access it. No account is required.
2. Purchases and subscriptions
Payments are processed by Apple. We never see your card or payment details.
Our apps use RevenueCat to manage and measure subscriptions and purchases. The following is sent to RevenueCat:
- Purchase history: which product was bought, when, at what price, and trial and renewal status.
- A random user identifier created by the app (not your name, email or phone number).
- Device and app information: app version, iOS version, country and language.
- If you installed the app from an Apple Search Ads ad, the attribution information provided by Apple (which campaign you came from). This does not identify you personally.
This information is not linked to your identity, is not used for advertising tracking and is never sold. RevenueCat privacy policy: revenuecat.com/privacy.
3. Notifications
Some apps use on-device notifications only, for reminders. Some apps use OneSignal for remote notifications; in that case the device token and app interaction information needed for notifications are sent to OneSignal. You can turn notifications off at any time in iOS Settings. OneSignal privacy policy: onesignal.com/privacy_policy.
4. Permissions
If an app asks for access to the camera, microphone, photos, location or calendar, it is only so you can use that feature on your device. This data does not leave your device unless the feature’s description says otherwise.
5. Children
Our apps for children contain no third-party analytics, advertising or subscription measurement services. Purchases and external links are behind a parental gate.
6. Retention and deletion
You can remove the data on your device by deleting the app. To request deletion of the anonymous records held by RevenueCat and OneSignal, write to the address below; we will complete your request within 30 days.
Vera: optional services
Personal vision voicing (Premium only, optional). In Vera, your personal vision text is generated on your device. If you choose to listen to it in Vera’s voice, that day’s text and the purchase record signed by the App Store are sent through our server (Cloudflare) to ElevenLabs for voicing. Neither the text nor the audio is stored on our server; the audio is saved only on your device. To prevent abuse, a one-way hash of the purchase ID is kept for up to 48 hours. ElevenLabs processes this content under its own privacy policy.
Shared goals with a friend. Shared goals, check-ins and the affirmations you send are stored with Apple CloudKit only in your iCloud account and the accounts of the people you invite; we cannot access this data.
